Varsha Khodiyar

Dr. Varsha Khodiyar is the founder and director of Echobyte, a company that supports organizations to navigate and make sense of their bioscience data. Prior to Echobyte, Varsha held editorial roles at the publication platform F1000Research, and Springer Nature’s data journal Scientific Data. Varsha received her PhD in Molecular Biology from the University of Leicester, and then worked on the Human Genome Project as part of the Human Gene Nomenclature Committee and on Gene Ontology annotation at University College London. Varsha is a member of the Scientific Advisory Committee for the Global Biodata Coalition, and an Executive Advisor for FAIRsharing.org.
